How can YOU be a part of it?

    The Strategic Planning process will define goals and prioritized objectives for various committees to implement. Committee chairpersons will be responsible for reporting to the Strategic Planning group on progress and attending Planning Group meetings to provide input and ideas.  Click to read the Areas for Improvement

     A chairperson will oversee the subcommittees for each of these areas for improvement.  Individuals interested in serving as a chairperson should possess certain attributes in order to manage their subcommittee.  Click to read Chairperson Attributes.  A predetermined selection process will be used to select the subcommittee chairpersons.
